My journey began at a tech recruiting agency, where I specialized in hard-to-fill roles across mobile software, biotech, and ad-tech—earning multiple awards, including recognition as California’s top-performing recruiter. At Amazon, I was promoted twice in four years while leading hiring across more than a dozen complex job families within high-growth Entertainment subsidiaries ranging from 45 to over 2,000 employees.
This mix of startup scrappiness and enterprise-level rigor allows me to navigate any search challenge, from ICs to VPs, with clarity and impact.
Before recruiting, I graduated from UC Berkeley (Psychology) and was a national champion on the Division I Men’s Rowing team.
Outside of work, you’ll find me with my family, doing jiu-jitsu, playing pickleball, or out in the river fishing.
