My journey began at a tech recruiting agency, where I specialized in hard-to-fill roles across mobile software, biotech, and ad-tech—earning multiple awards, including recognition as California’s top-performing recruiter. At Amazon, I was promoted twice across four years while leading hiring across more than a dozen complex job families within high-growth Entertainment subsidiaries. My most rewarding recent recruiting impact: building an entire founding engineering team alongside a seed stage founder (case study).

Before recruiting, I graduated from UC Berkeley (Psychology) and was a national champion oarsman for the Division I Men’s Rowing team.
Outside of work, you’ll find me with my family, rolling jiu-jitsu, walking my great dane, or out in the river fishing.
